Career Path

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a work-based training programme which combines on-the-job training with a nationally recognised qualification whilst offering a direct route into the career of your choice.

Why do EBC Brakes offer apprenticeship opportunities?

We want to find our innovators of the future through our apprenticeship programme. We know that our continued success depends on the next generation of engineers and financial experts and their ability to innovate and sustain the company's growth. We want to attract and develop the best talent to carry out our future plans.

As well as gaining work experience at our Northampton manufacturing and warehousing facility, you will also travel to our Bristol based manufacturing plant. Our engineering apprentices will gain a valuable insight into our manufacturing techniques and research and development processes.

We have committed to recruiting apprentices each year with a view to offering permanent employment at the end of the training programme and for them to have the opportunity to specialise in one of the career paths identified by the company.
